BRAVING THE BEGINNING: How leeveitWme become the first one to Digitize Space Solutions

The on-the-ground experience of not having space to temporarily put their items has led Joey Consenheim, the co-founder of leeveitWme to turn his inconvenience into something bigger. And with the help of people who continue to believe in his vision, leeveitWme has officially taken its spot on the market when it opened its platform last June 15.
The launch has sparked hope to the community after 3 years of establishing the business and persuading people to trust and believe in its mission. But unlike the usual launches, it was not smooth sailing for leeveitWme as the pandemic brought a few hurdles along the way.
“At the start of the pandemic, some Keepers lost their interest to offer their spaces. The hesitation comes from the fear of being exposed to other people. With that, we have to change some operational steps and maximize the technology to minimize person to person contact,” says Rhea Abogado, leeveitWme’s Business Growth and Onboarding Operations.
Shifting from the usual to a far-out operation process to meet the need of your market is just one of the risks to take in the business world. But despite that, this still serves as one of the small wins of the company, which is worth celebrating.
The fast-changing online landscape, on one hand, carries a message that complacency isn’t the name of the game. According to Emmanuel Lomboy, leeveitWme’s Growth Marketer, it is just the beginning of an uphill battle because clearly, there are still a lot of works to be done.
“You see, our business breaks the rules about how storage should be. However, we can’t just force the market and say ‘Hey, this is the future of Storage’. We need to have a deeper understanding about how they use this kind of service and why, and from there, carry them to a new and easy way of doing it.”
As of the record, leeveitWme has over 1000 spaces that operate around Metro Manila and it is persistently making its way to reinventing more spaces.
