On leeveit, you can list your space so that others would be able to find your space and rent it for storage or parking use. This allows you to earn from your empty or underutilized space, completely free of any costs. We make sure that our community is safe through ID verification of profiles, clear contracts and termination notices, insurance, and always available professional support. We only charge a service fee on an actual transaction; you will only be charged a small amount when you start earning!

Listing your space
You can list your space in three easy steps:
- Create a profile and verify your identity
- Create a listing for your space, with details about the location, the space itself, and the price you will charge. Check out below video to see a quick overview of the listing process.
- Validate your listing through a video call, a submitted video of your space, or by uploading floor plans and clear pictures in your listing for us to see the details.

Get started!
To get started with listing your space, all you need is;
- The exact location of your space and where to pin it on the map
- Measurements of the space, measured in either meters or in feet
- Pictures of your space and of the street view
If you have these, you can get started here, create an account, get verified, and go through the process of listing your space. Then we will validate your space by checking the pictures and we will have a call with you! After that, you will be included in our marketing efforts and you will be visible on our platform!
