How can I refer & earn?

Increase your monthly income significantly by bringing us direct referrals that lead to a transaction. Each transaction could be as low as 1,000 Pesos and can go higher, depending on the space provided. In some cases, transactions have a monthly value of 10,000 Pesos or up to even 50,000 Pesos. The more referrals you give us, the more you can make passive income.

REFER A LEEVER (person in need of storage or parking space)* Find us Leevers and earn up to 2% every month from transactions you refer to us. Simply share your referral code with people around you, which they can use during the checkout to receive a 5% discount for their payment, while you earn 2% every month on their contract moving forward.

REFER A KEEPER (person with extra space or parking)* Find us Keepers and earn up to 400 pesos per referred space, upon their first transaction. Keepers can enter your referral code when they start listing their space! Your username will be linked to that space and upon the first transaction, you will receive the payment into your designated bank account, Paymaya or GCash wallet.

Any space < 15 sqm or a parking listed with selected days only will receive a straight 200 pesos payment, and any space > 15 sqm or a parking full month listing will receive a 400 pesos payment.

COMPENSATION TERMS

• Transfers of commission for any contract will be on a weekly basis, as the Leever pays his monthly rental fee; we transfer the commission straight from the rental payment.
• Commissions are paid once rental payment is received; no commissions are transferred for unpaid overdue bills. Only once the Leever pays for his space usage, will the commission be transferred.
• Partners will enjoy the incentives up to twelve months. Any contracts extending past twelve months are not subject to the commission anymore, from the thirteenth month onwards since the referral.
• In case of early termination of the contract, the commission will also cease to be paid.
